The wellness event is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at Brookside Ranch.

Coffee and a light breakfast will be provided, with time for networking before Dr. Beverly Walsh leads guided wellness exercises to help us start the new year with an emphasis on our own mental health and overall well-being.

This is a wellness experience and will not offer CPE credit.
